REFUND POLICY

At 1314 Creations, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of any unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered items with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice within 10 days of order shipment/in store purchase date. We take pride in our products and want to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. At 1314 Creations, our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and exceed your expectations. We value your business and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and return experience.

Exclusions:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized items
- Gift boxes
- Gift cards
- Any item purchased on clearance is considered a final sale. Returns will only be accepted if the garment is defective.
- Any item purchased as a preorder is also considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

It is important to carefully review your purchase before completing your order to ensure that you are satisfied with your selection. 

To start the return process please contact us at 1314creations@gmail.com, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. It is important to note that we do not accept returns without prior communication with our team. Please note that all returns require a return authorization number, which must be obtained prior to sending the item back to us. Any items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. To ensure a hassle-free return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package once your return has been approved. We kindly ask that you postmark the items being returned within 5 days of receiving your pre-paid label. Additionally, please keep in mind that all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by any documentation that was included.

 

 At our company, we recognize that sometimes plans don't go as expected, and we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible for you.

We understand that personalized products are a representation of your individual creative expression, and we value that uniqueness. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your experience with us is professional, enjoyable, and stress-free. However, we want to inform you that returns on customized products for any reasons other than our error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required).

Please keep in mind that shipping fees and express shipping fees are non-refundable.

We also want to make you aware that any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after the removal of product(s) in an order. In the case of discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent items, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged at the original price. Please be aware that a shipping fee may also be applied.

It is important to note that customers are responsible for all fees associated with returning items that are not due to our error. To ensure a smooth return process, we use a registered and traceable service when returning the package. Return packages are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by our team. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for damaged items that have been outside of our possession.

We want to be transparent with our customers and let you know that a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns unless it is due to our error. This fee covers the costs of packaging, labor, and credit card fees incurred during the transaction. However, items returned for exchange or exchange credit toward a later purchase will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Furthermore, items returned for exchange or exchange credit toward a later purchase will be credited for the full item value, minus any outbound shipping charges.

Returning a Gift: At our store, we understand that sometimes a gift may not be the perfect fit. That's why we offer store credit for the purchase price of any gift you return for an exchange. If you choose to return a gift without exchanging it, we will credit the gift purchaser and notify them via email. Please note that items will be exchanged or refunded at the lowest advertised price. 

We will promptly notify you once we have received and inspected your return. After inspection, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We retain the exclusive right to define and restrict, decline, and/or dismiss returns from customers at any given time due to the following reasons:

  • A history of irregular or excessive returns that involve worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • A history of irregular or excessive returns that suggest wardrobing.

In the same vein, we also reserve the right to decline service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity that exhibits similar actions as mentioned above.
