Shipping Policy: Understanding Delivery Timelines

Ready-to-ship orders

Ready-to-ship items are sent the same day when payment finishes processing before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and the next day when payment finishes processing after 2:00 PM.

Personalized and made-to-order items

Personalized orders average about four days, with timing depending on how quickly the design preview is approved. Once the design is approved, average production time is about two days. Items that do not require personalization also average about two days.

Shipping and delivery

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
