At 1314 Creations, we're committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our Return Policy:

  • We accept the return of any unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered items with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice within 10 days of the order shipment or in-store purchase date.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exclusions:

  • Please note that personalized items, gift boxes, gift cards, items purchased on clearance, and items purchased as preorders are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

How to Start the Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at customer-service@g1314creations.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All returns require a return authorization number, which must be obtained prior to sending the item back to us. Any items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Process and Refunds:

  • We kindly ask that you postmark the items being returned within 5 days of receiving your pre-paid label.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by any documentation that was included.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Customer Responsibilities and Terms:

  • Customers are responsible for all fees associated with returning items that are not due to our error.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all custom returns, excluding items returned for exchange credit toward a later purchase.
  • Items returned for exchange or exchange credit will be credited for the full item value.

Returning a Gift:

  • When returning a gift, we provide store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Refunds will be processed based on the lowest advertised price, if the order number is not included when exchanging.
