Shop Policies

Payment:
We accept debit/credit cards and PayPal. If your preferred payment method isn’t listed, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped within the stated turnaround time once payment has been received and processed. We use USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground Advantage for shipping. If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

Please note that 1314 Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after being handed over to USPS or UPS. While we’d love to personally deliver every package, that’s just not feasible. Please understand we cannot take responsibility for another company’s handling.

Tracking and Insurance:
Every purchase includes tracking and basic insurance. Additional insurance is available upon request. Below are the terms for included insurance coverage through each shipping provider:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Includes $100 insurance (for outbound and return shipments). Additional coverage up to $5,000 is available.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Includes $50 insurance (for outbound and return shipments). Additional coverage up to $50,000 is available.
  • UPS Ground Advantage: Includes $100 insurance (for outbound and return shipments). Additional coverage up to $5,000 is available.

If you’d like to purchase extra insurance, please contact us, and we’ll gladly assist you!

Order Inquiries:
If we need clarification about your order, you’ll have 5 calendar days to respond to our inquiry. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in order cancellation.

Returns/Exchanges:
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted within 10 days, with the exception of custom orders, which are non-refundable. Items must be returned in sellable condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
