Preparation and care

Non-personalized orders average about two days to prepare. Personalized orders average about four days, depending on preview approval. Ready-to-ship orders paid before 2:00 PM Eastern ship the same day; orders paid afterward ship the next day.

Handle decorative pieces gently. Avoid prolonged moisture and do not pull directly on beads or toppers. Use the reel mechanism to extend your badge and remove vent attachments carefully. Handmade details and screen colors may vary slightly.
